Shipping details

I will ship to the address provided to me by Paypal when I receive payment. If you want your order shipped to a different address, make sure to let me know in time.

National orders are shipped by DHL (German Post).
Delivery time is 3-5 working days after immediate receipt of payment
This information is only valid for shipping to Germany. Shipping times to other countries may vary.

International orders are shipped DHL AirMail as registered letters with tracking.

To international customers

Please be aware that I can't cover or take responsibility for any customs fees, taxes etc.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order. Please contact me if there is a problem. Problems just exist to be solved. In some cases this might take a little time, especially if a parcel got lost in the mail.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specification of reasons. The deadline is fourteen days counting from the day when you or a third person acting on your behalf have taken possession of the goods. To cancel the contract you have to notify me, Catrin Maier, Cat's Wire, Ulrichstr. 43, 73033 Göppingen, Germany, cat@catswire.com, through a letter or an e-mail sent off in time before the deadline runs out.

If you cancel this contract, I'll have to refund all payments that I received from you, including shipping costs (not counting extra shipping costs if you choose a different way of shipping), within fourteen days, counting from the day the notification about the cancelled contract reaches me. Refunds will be in the same currency as used for the original transaction unless agreed upon otherwise.
I can refuse the refund until I received the goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
You have to send the goods back to me within fourteen days counting from the day I have been notified about cancellation of the contract.
You are responsible for the shipping costs.

Additional information

I am a patient person (no matter what my Mom says), that means I don't expect your payment right away. Up to 3 days would be nice, though. If there is a problem, contact me. I am contact friendly! ;-)
